Credit card numbers will need to be entered at the time of purchase every time in order to reserve your spot in a class. You can opt out of our E-Newsletter, Blog or rewards program at anytime. Pictures taken in-store are not used on our Facebook page or our website without your permission, and we will not include your name unless we receive the OK from you. If you have any concerns, please contact the owner to discuss to ensure that your experience with us is positive in every possible way.

Please note, if you do “unsubscribe” but then change your mind because you miss us, you’ll need to resubscribe on our website. We cannot do it on our side due to privacy. Thanks!

Refund Policy

No cash or credit card refunds. Exchange, or store credit gladly given for unused products within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Cut items and tools are final sale. Sale items are final sale, no additional discounts are given during any sale. Class fees are non-refundable. If it is 48 hours or more before the scheduled class, fees may be transferred once to a future class or be used as store credit for product — NO EXCEPTIONS. You may send someone in your place if you cannot attend. If a class is cancelled by Blue Door Beads due to low enrollment, students will be notified 48 hours before the scheduled class.
